Close by is Place Igor Stravinsky with its whimsical moving fountains. The one with the moving lips wasn't working, so I settled for my portrait in front of the multi-hued, multi-headed spinning thing, whatever it was. The French really get into whimsical, or they did in the 80s, anyway.
